Yes. Your place is held with a 40% deposit and the balance is due up to 10 days before departure, so you pay at your own pace in between. There are also Travel Now Pay Later and Travel Savings. All the payment methods.

Organised tours follow a sliding scale: more than 30 days before departure you get your money back (less the administration fee), 15–29 days 25%, 8–14 50%, 2–7 75%, and under 48 hours 100%. Individual flights or hotels follow the airline’s or the hotel’s own terms. The full cancellation policy.

Yes. Outside the EU a visa is usually required: some destinations issue it on arrival, others need approval before you fly. We tell you exactly what your destination needs and walk you through the paperwork.
